As our website is affiliated to registered NGO under Section 8 companies Act as “Apna Shelter India Foundation” is a non-profit organization (NGO) established in 2019. Organization registered under Minister of Corporate Affairs (MCA) incorporated under the companies Act, 2013 (10 of 2013). [Pursuant to sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014].

As our NGO didnt deal in any kind of export/import/sale/purchase of any goods. We dont have any shipping policy exists -
